Director of HR Analytics
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of HR Analytics to lead workforce analytics, HR reporting, people insights, and data-driven decision-making initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will transform HR data into meaningful business insights that improve talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and organizational performance.
This role collaborates closely with HR leadership, business executives, finance, operations, and IT teams to build advanced analytics strategies and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Analytics
- Develop and implement the organization’s HR analytics strategy.
- Build data-driven workforce planning and talent intelligence frameworks.
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership using HR metrics and trends.
- Lead predictive analytics initiatives related to attrition, hiring, performance, and employee engagement.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Design and manage HR dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate reporting of workforce metrics including:
- Headcount
- Turnover
- Diversity metrics
- Hiring effectiveness
- Employee productivity
- Compensation analytics
- Automate recurring HR reports and data workflows.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large HR datasets to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct statistical analysis and workforce forecasting.
- Support data-driven HR policy and decision-making.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor HR analysts, reporting specialists, and data professionals.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads.
- Establish analytics best practices and governance standards.
Technology & Systems
- Work with HRIS systems such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- ADP
- Partner with IT teams on data integration and analytics solutions.
- Ensure HR data quality, integrity, and compliance.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:

Experience Required
- 10+ years of HR, people analytics, or workforce analytics experience.
- 5+ years in leadership or management roles.
- Experience handling enterprise-level HR reporting and analytics functions.
