Singapore Retail: Top Agencies for Hiring

Agencies commonly fill Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Retail Buyers, E-commerce Managers, Sales Supervisors and Inventory Analysts.

Key hubs include Orchard Road, Marina Bay Sands, Jewel Changi and suburban malls, with strong activity in luxury, fast fashion and grocery sectors.

Work passes such as Employment Pass or S Pass are required for foreign hires and SkillsFuture WSQ certificates are valued for trained local staff.

Local chains like FairPrice prioritize operational experience while multinationals often seek global brand and e-commerce expertise, and agencies tailor searches accordingly.

Bilingual communication, customer service, POS and inventory management skills, plus digital retail and omnichannel experience are highly valued.
