Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we take the same approach with our people. We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
If you're a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we'd love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future.
Due to the rapid growth of our Maritime division, we are looking to expand our client servicing team in London. The team is responsible for providing exceptional services to our global maritime partners, through different partnership models. The role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small but exciting team, and gain a greater understanding of FX, payments, compliance, technology as well as the maritime industry and how it operates.
You will be responsible for dealing with live requests from Ebury's maritime partners which include payment queries, deal executions, login and access requests as well as payment screening requests.
In addition to the above you will develop strong relationships with internal departments, in order to resolve partner queries in an efficient and timely manner, providing you with a range of experience of Ebury's different departments and how they operate.
Office: A fantastic location with excellent transport links.
